Celebrate the opening of MDC’s newest showroom, Theodore Alexander (Suite 30), on Oct. 27 with a special event. Fourteen designers, including many Detroit Home Brian Killian Rising Star award winners, will create individual vignettes using Theodore Alexander furniture, resulting in a “showhouse within a showroom.” Wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Special guest is designer Michael Berman and the evening’s host is Jon Jordan. All proceeds go to Variety the Children’s Charity. Tickets are $50 for general admission or $100 for benefactor tickets.
